A post-graduate in Personnel Management, Diploma in Training (ISTD), Certificate in Executive Coaching and Certificate in OD with eighteen years of experience in handling multiple facets of the Human Resource function with Wipro, LG, American Power Conversion, Accenture , Abdul Latif Jameel (TOYOTA in Saudi Arabia), Uni Talent Management & Consulting Solutions & Saudi Telecom Company (STC) .

The spectrum of opportunities varied according to organizational needs: some of the highlights were Creating Leadership Curriculum for the Organization, Managing Succession Planning and Talent Management Function for Middle East Region. Setting up and managing the training of a business unit, handling the assimilation of employees from an acquired business from a HR stand-point and using inputs from customers to frame and deliver training to employees.

Vikas Tayal heads Capillary’s business interests across Europe, Middle East and Africa. His hands on approach to leadership along with his expertise in the retail industry has been an important factor for the company to have achieved significant presence in the region in a short span of time.

An MBA from IIM, Calcutta and a Master of Technology from IIT, Kharagpur, Vikas’s work with the retail industry started at Reliance Retail where he helped them establish their various retail verticals across India. Later he joined real estate startup Urban Blocks Solutions, as their COO, helping the company develop their business models, and MIS while improving the efficiency of their sales and operations

A Professional Economist (with eminent Media Presence) with around 15 years of rich experience of leading Economic Strategy & Planning, Econometric Modelling, Macroeconomic Forecasting, Analytics, Industry & Customised Research in various sectors. Presently, associated with Dun & Bradstreet India as a Lead Economist and leading a team working on macro-economic research, analytics & forecasting. The team involved in economic research is best known for carrying out pragmatic and solution-oriented analyses of strategic economic and business developments.

V Lakshmi Narasimhan, Chief Financial Officer, Magma Fincorp, is an M.Com, FCS, LLB and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT, Ghaziabad. In his spare time, he takes keen interest in sports and enjoys spending quality time with family. Prior to taking over as CFO, he was National Business Head in charge of Magma’s commercial vehicle, passenger car and tractor loans businesses. He was earlier associated with Consortium Finance came over to Magma after CFL’s acquisition in 2000.
